RitmoTime Stroke Monitor is an advanced on-the-water training tool that provides real-time stroke rate, speed, and distance feedback for rowers and paddlers. It records every stroke of your workout for later review, utilizing the computing power and portability of the iPhone to offer a comprehensive training experience.

RitmoTime Stroke Monitor Free functions similarly to the paid version, with the only limitation being the need to restart the app after 50 strokes.

Prior to making a purchase, it is recommended to try the free version titled "RitmoTime Free Stroke Monitor" to experience the features firsthand.

RitmoTime provides detailed mapping of your entire workout, showcasing data for each stroke over multiple sessions.

* Speed, distance, and mapping are available on GPS-enabled devices (iPhone or iPad/iPod touch with a GPS receiver attachment, sold separately). Heart rate monitoring requires the ANT+ Fisica Sensor Key by Wahoo Fitness or compatible Bluetooth heart rate monitors.

The app offers three display options: two simplified Classic displays and a customizable Espresso view with twelve different quantity choices.

RitmoTime makes use of all three accelerometers to measure stroke rate in any orientation relative to the boat, ensuring flexibility in mounting.

The Auto Piece Timer feature simplifies workout timing by automatically starting and stopping timers based on preset stroke rates. This hands-free approach eliminates the need for manual programming of work/rest intervals.

All workout data is saved and can be viewed in table or map format on the device or shared via email.

RitmoTime is versatile and can be securely mounted in various ways. For devices without built-in GPS like iPod touch or iPad, a separate GPS attachment can be added for accurate tracking.
